Hi! I just can’t get my emails to send through on request to send after “creation”. I use SMTP Email after having read your FAQ on the issue but with no change. When sending the test from SMTP I get the email but when completing the form I get nothing. Any ideas?

I use Formidable for a membership system in which users can change their contact information.  Unfortunately, it’s quite a long form.  Is there any way for the E-mail notification sent to display what exactly was changed?  For example, if the Address was changed just send me that info?  Thanks!
