Install Formidable Pro from the Admin

The video above will be updated soon for Formidable 1.6 and above.

1. If you haven’t downloaded and installed the free Formidable plugin yet, you’ll need to do that first. You can either download it automatically from your WordPress admin, or download it here:
   http://formidablepro.com/manual_downloads/
2. Once the free plugin is installed and activated, click the “Formidable” -> “Settings” menu item near the bottom of the page.
   
3. Enter the Username & Password you selected when you purchased Formidable Pro and hit “Save”. If you get the error message “Your Formidable Pro Username or Password was Invalid”, there could be four possible reasons for this:
   1. You are entering your information incorrectly, or you paid with an eCheck so your transaction hasn’t been completed. Try logging in here at FormidablePro.com to double check.
   2. You have tried to login unsuccessfully too many times. For your security, too many failed login attempts temporarily locks your account to prevent unauthorized people from accessing your data.
   3. Your web host is blocking communication with formidablepro.com. You can contact them and ask for the IP 69.164.197.16 to be granted access, or add it to your white list if you have one in your web control panel.
   4. You are behind a corporate firewall that is preventing communication with formidablepro.com.
4. If you did not download Formidable Pro from the link above, click “Upgrade Automatically” in the success message after your Username & Password are verified.
