Formidable Signature

Knowledge Base → Extend Formidable Pro → Add Ons → Formidable Signature
  1. Download latest version at http://formidablepro.com/knowledgebase/formidable-add-on-downloads/
  2. In your WordPress admin, go to “Plugins” -> “Add New” and click the “Upload” link at the top of the page.
  3. Click the “Browse” button and select the zip file you just downloaded.
  4. Go the the “Plugins” page, find “Formidable Signature” and click “Activate”.
  5. Go to the form builder page for the form you would like a signature field in.
  6. Find the “Signature” field in the “Pro Fields” section, and click it or drag it into your form.
