We're not able to replicate this...is this the only form that is experiencing this issue? or do all your forms do this? Also, can you provide a larger screenshot so I can see more of the page, or provide login credentials so I can login and see what's going on here?

Hi Steve,
Here's a full screen shot - you'll notice there's no scroll bar on the right to see the rest of my options for the form fields. The only way I can get this to work is to view it as a full screen (F11). Same issue with Internet Explorer and it happens with all my forms (old or newly created).
Thanks for taking a look!

Do you have a small screen? And what version of Wordpress are you running?

Okay, I can replicate this by reducing my browser window to a very short height. We will add a fix for this, if you want to change one line of code in the mean time, you can switch line 233 of this file: plugins/formidable/css/frm_admin.css
from: #new_fields{min-height:200px;}
to: #new_fields{min-height:500px;}
This change will be reflected in the next release.

I'm using a 14 inch screen - your answers and help are much appreciated and I look forward to the next release.
Thanks again!
