Hello,
since I have relaunched united-volunteers.org using a new design and multiple languages no form is working anymore.
It says “We’re sorry. It looks like you’ve already submitted that.” If i try to to an entry in the admin panel it is also not appearing.
Can I please get some support?

We're going to need more detail in order to be of any help. Can you please be a little more descriptive with what you mean when you say the entry isn't appearing? Do you see a message on Formidable pages in the admin that says your database needs to be updated? Do you have a FaceBook Connect plugin installed?

Hi Stephanie,
I just deactivated the Facebook-Plugin, it changes nothing. There is no message about a database-update.
If I try to add an entry manually it redirects me to the overview of the form entries but there is nothing in the list.

It sounds like your database is out of date or corrupt. You will need to reinstall the database tables, which means all your forms, entries, and custom displays will be deleted, so export any form templates you need.
1. Save anything (ie forms, entries) you will need.
2. Go to the Formidable -> Settings page and click the "Uninstall" button at the bottom.
3. Click your browser back button and go to the forms page.
4. All your forms should be gone and you should see a message at the top of the page that your database needs to be updated. If your forms are not gone, this is a problem that will need to be taken to your web host because you do not have permission to alter or delete your database tables.
5. If your forms are gone, click the link to update your database.
6. Create a new form and then a new entry to test.
