W3 Total Cache Stops Formidable CSS Styling

Hi There,

This isn’t really a Formidable issue but I think (hope) that you may be able to help me resolve it.  I installed Formidable Pro some time ago and it has worked great, however I installed W3 Total Cache and configured the CDN to work with Amazon S3 yesterday.  Since doing this the CSS file for Formidable is no longer seen (as far as I can see in the source code output) and so the forms are not styled and hence not looking good.

For an example please see       http://lifeskills-education.co.uk/about-2/contact-us

I guess that W3 Total Cache has changed where Formidable looks for the CSS file or something.  I have included the files hosted in ‘plugins/formidable/css’ as custom files in the CDN settings and made sure they have uploaded correctly but this makes no difference, the original files are still on the original host server too.  Does Formidable use different CSS files/folders to style it’s forms?  If so which ones should I copy across or am I missing something really stupid?

Please bare in mind I am not a web developer, just a chap who works for a small not for profit who taught himself to use WordPress!  I really need to keep W3 Total Cache as our site was running poorly, but I also love Formidable and want to keep it too.

Your help is much appreciated.

Stuart

All working now.

Cheers and thanks for the great plugin!
