Using input mask

How can I use an input mask? I’m using 1.6 RC2 Pro. I found this, but I have no idea how can I use it.

BTW, Ninja Forms has a super easy way to handle this. We should have this in Formidable Pro.

Adding this hook is a first step. It will come to the UI later. For now, that sample function needs to be added to your theme functions.php or a new plugin, and changed as marked (25 to the field ID). The 999-999-9999 also needs to be changed to whatever you'd like to use.
