Hello,
I am trying to set up a form that autoresponds to a user one and two weeks before a birthday, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day. I have set up the autoresponder in MailChimp and have downloaded the add on, but I have an issue. I have created a checkbox in the form that lists Valentine’s Day as the “Option Label” and 02/14 as the “Saved Value”. When I submit the form, Valentine’s Day is being saved as the value and nothing is being logged in the date field on MailChimp.
What can I do?

There may be a couple problems here... First, I think MailChimp only accepts dates in the format YYYY-MM-DD. There may be other accepted formats as well, but I'm not sure what they are. Second, I don't think a date field on MailChimp would accept an array (a checkbox field).

I checked this out a bit and they can accept format in MM-DD if it's a "Birthday" field in MailChimp. Which works for me because I want yearly reminders.
However, I think you are right about the array. So, I switched my fields in MailChimp to text fields and removed the Separate Values. Now, I'm not getting any values in my emails and MailChimp (for the fields in which I deleted the separate values).

Can you attach screenshots of the field options for one of the fields you're having trouble with, and of your MailChimp settings tab?
