problem with reCaptch

I have added reCaptcha to a form and it is not dislpaying when I go to the page with the form.

Please advise as to how I can get it to display.

It doesn't look like you have your reCaptcha setup completely. Take a look under reCaptcha on this page...have you inserted your reCaptcha key on the formidable settings page?
