I would like to make a drop-down in the form so the person filling it out can choose which department of the organization he is sending the message to. Depending on the choice, a different set of recipients would receive the message.
Is this currently possible? If so, how? If not, are there any work arounds? Thanks!

This is going to be built into the UI in the next release, but for now there is a work-around that works. The easiest way to do this is documented here: http://formidablepro.com/knowledgebase/emailing-form-responses/#kb-email-routing
There is also a way to do this by adding some code to your functions.php file that is documented here: http://formidablepro.com/knowledgebase/frm_to_email/#kb-email-routing
Take a look at the two methods and see which one works best for your application.

No ETA. The official response is: "when it's ready". I know it won't be any time within the next month or so. So if you need the feature soon, you are best off using one of the two options listed above.
