I am working to create a WordPress site, and need a solution to re-create this page, and input form directly into WordPress 3.3.

Is this possible with your program.  Most importantly, want to make sure I can easily display the list.  The list needs to be sortable by the custom fields defined.  (ie. click on each header, and you can see how it functions).  Also is there a function, where I can import my current SQL data?

Displaying the data is doable with our plugin. Here is an example that is pretty similar to what you are doing: http://demo.formidablepro.com/view-bugs/ ...In this demo, an edit link shows up in the right column for admins and for the person who creates the "bug".

the only import settings we offer right now are CSV import. so if you can get your data into CSV format, you should be able to import it.

We don't typically take on projects for users, but if you do need advanced help, we can probably point you towards some people who may be able to help.
