Only month and year in calender

I have a form for the credit card details.

For the detail: “When does credit card ends”., I only need the month and year.

Knows someone how I can change that?

 

Unfortunately, this isn't built into the date field. You can use two separate drop-down fields though like most sites do: one of month one for year. Will that work?

I already did that, but I thought there was mayby another way.
