Hello, I would like to know a number of issues.
I would create a form where users could Post A Reply only once. Could this somehow limit? well if not by ip or similar.
The other question, if you could then insert this form, your code outside of our website, or similiar type iframe, to sites like facebook or other web

Yes, you can limit form submissions to one entry per: logged in user, IP address or Saved Cookie.
The only way to post the form on a different site is through the use of an iframe on that site.
