This should be really simple but I cannot figure it out. I have a “Contact Form.” After someone fills it out I would like to show the “Thank you” message. It does show but the form is on the bottom of my page and the Thank you response is on the bottom after someone hits submit. It should remain where it is… No? Or how do I get it to not jump and remain where it is so the visitor can see the thank you message after he/she submits.
You can see it at http://www.20to12.com
Please help. Thank you and enjoy your days.

That's not a Formidable form on your page. I'm confused.

Stehpanie,
Thank you. I had to change the contact form because I had clients that were visiting the site during a meeting that was coming up.
I put the form on a test page if you want to see what is happening. Here is the link for it. I appreciate all your help. I do want to use Formidable but I have to have it work properly. I probably am not doing something write... Please take a look again.
Thank you. Enjoy your days.

Can you provide a screenshot of your form settings? general tab?
I just ran a test, but didn't see a success message at all.

See attached as you requested
I can give you access to the back end... if you like so you can see... Let me know and provide a way for me to get you the ui and pw.
Thank you. Enjoy your days.

Sorry, not your general settings page. Your form settings page is what I need to see. The page that contains the "action after form submission" settings.
I will set this post as private so you can provide credentials here.

Okay, it took a bit of fiddling around but things are working now. I had to add some javascript to your success message to make the page refresh to the success message: here is a link to another post that contains the javascript I used: http://formidablepro.com/help-desk/on-submit-send-user-to-anchor-link-while-displaying-success-message/

Thank you for all of this. Should it not work like this out of the box?
Enjoy your days.

Yes, it should work like that out of the box. Soon we will be releasing a version that contains ajax submit so the page doesn't even reload. This will also solve the problem since the users location on the page won't change when they submit the form.

Thank you Steve for all your help today. I will switch over to the Formidable form this evening.
Enjoy your days.
