I’ve recently been getting reports from users unable to submit a registration form http://bowisle.com/camper-registration
If you fill out the information for the first child without parent info, it submits OK, but if you add detail for parents or additional children and hit submit, this message immediately appears: “Your request timed out. Please retry the request. ”
I have not changed the form from last year, when it was working perfectly.
Formidble Pro user, current version installed 1.06.02

One other item -- at the beginning of each primary section of the registration form, I see something new that I did not add:

Nothing happens when I click on these.

You are running the free version. Please activate pro and let us know if you still have trouble. Start at step 2 here:

Hello,
I activated Pro and returned to the online form. The form has a slightly different appearance and the [collapse_this] have disappeared.
However, I have just filled out another test form and when I hit submit, I got the same instant timeout message as previously reported.

What have you changed on your site since the form was working? New plugins? New theme? Can you please go through and deactivate other plugins and you theme one by one to test for conflicts?

When I went to the installed plugin screen, I saw an error message that the Formidable database needed to be updated, and asked that I deactiavate and reactive the plugin. Once I did that, the forms are now working properly.
