On my formidable forms I allow the users to upload certain image files. Lately this no longer works and although the option shows for the user to upload their images, once they have been uploaded they are not attached once submitted nor can I view them in the “entries” section. I have checked this with all selected image types and it has still been unsuccessful.
Could you please advise how I can fix this? The images are quite important to the form so it is necessary I fix this.

Please start by go to the WP Media page and uploading a file you know failed through the form. What has changed on your site since it was working?

I haven't changed anything thats the problem....the images just stopped from displaying. When completing the form it says they have been uploaded but when the form is submitted, or when you go to review the form the images are not there.

Ok... next step. Can you please use you FTP client to check the permissions of the wp-upload/formidable folder? Please make sure the permission is the same as the wp-uploads folder.
