I love this Plug in

I needed a nomination form for an event that I could publish on an event website. I tried Acrobat and it was okay. A friend had recommended some other companies that specialized in forms but there was always something they wouldn’t do that I needed. This form did everything I wanted. It was very simple. I did an original form and another using a modified template. I tested it and it worked perfectly. The people that I made the form for think I’m a genius. Ha.
