Any idea how I might reduce the line spacing between the different form elements on these mobile forms:

You can reduce the spacing between fields from the Formidable Settings-->form styling page. Under field settings, there is an option for margin-bottom, reduce the 20px to whatever suits you. Attached is a screenshot of the setting to which I am referring.
