I would like to hide the email addresses when the entries of the form are published.

When a user fills in a form on my website, they will have to fill in their email as well. The data they provide will be published on one of the pages of my site. I want to protect the privacy of the email of the user. How do I hide the email from being displayed?

If you don't want it displayed, then don't include it in your custom display. There is nothing the will automatically publish it anywhere.
