frm_to_email affects auto reponse too?

Hi there,
This may be more of a question than a problem really. When using the frm_to_email filter (I’m trying to stop emails being sent until a payment is confirmed), will it also effect the auto response mails?

What I’m hoping to do is send a basic email via the auto response once an order is placed, but prior to payment confirmation.

On that note too – in the auto response email area, there’s a dropdown to select an email address to send to – will this work with a hidden field containing multiple email addresses?

The frm_to_email filter only delays the "notification" email and NOT the auto-response email. So you could use the auto-response email to send an immediate notification, and the "notification" email to send a payment confirmation message.

Note: We are making changes to the email system in the next release that will simplify this process.

Auto-response emails won't comma-separate a hidden field with multiple email addresses, so that won't work. Again, in the upcoming version of the plugin, you will have a lot more options regarding this functionality, but for now it is a bit limited.

We can't really commit to a time frame, but we are hoping to have a beta available in about a month or so. A lot can change this target though so keep your fingers crossed.
