Formidable + Runhosting

Hello. I’m using “Formidable” with my site hosted on “runhosting” and when I send the email I get all visible HMTL codes … what can it be?

We've seen this with some users when the sending email account gets flagged as spam. Where is your sending email hosted? You could try checking the box to send plain text, install an smtp plugin, and/or log into the email account used to send the emails to see if there's anything you can do from that side.

Thanks for responding. I finally discovered that the problem was the plugin "WP-Mail-SMTP". Turn it off and everything works perfect. Thank you again.
