Please tell me if I can do the following and how:
I have to create a form and based on the selection made in checkbox (a project name) I need to insert details from another form – 3 fields; ex: if I select project x, I need to have 3 fields as dropdown list (like: status, applicable: yes/no + one more ). If I select a diferent project, same fields need to be displayed.
The problem is that I have a lot of projects and some are added by users.
