I have two File Upload options in my form and even though I am able to upload files, when I receive the submission results email and click on the links where they are uploaded I cannot view the files, I get a 404 Not Found error.

Do you only see the bad links in the email? Do you have W3 total cache installed? There is a none conflict if the answer to both questions is yes. If this isn't the case can you provide more details? What is the link given? Where did the file actually go?

Both links are given in the submission email, good or bad. Below are 2 links that were given from one (the same) form submission. I do have W3 Total Cache installed.

When you go to the Formidable entries page and either view or edit the entry, does the image show up correctly? If so, this is a W3 Total Cache interaction. This is on our to do list to look into this conflict. Can you please verify that this is the problem?
