I am sure that no one has deleted the entries for a form but they have gradually disappeared. We had the option to create a post or page turned on and because the page created produced junk at the top of the page, we turned it off. Seems far fetched but when deleting the page created by Formidable, the entry disappeared.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. This is a great product that we use on every website. Far better than Gravity.

When a post/page is created with Formidable, the data is stored only in the WP post tables. When you delete either the WP post or the Formidable entry, the other is also deleted. So if you want to delete a post, it would be a good idea to create a new entry first if it's not something you want to lose. Sorry for the trouble.
