Email notification when a form has been completed

Is it possible to receive an email to let me know someone has filled out one of my forms, but have that email just be a notification and not include the information on the form?  For example, I am having them fill out personal info on that form and don’t want that emailed.  I would, however, like to be notified so I can go onto my formidable pro account and pull that info.

You can edit the email however you'd like. Please refer to the knowledge base for more info.

Hello,

I believe he wants to create two different email notifications, one for itself (with specific fields selected) and another different one for its colleagues without some field information.

As I am also interested in this, is it possible? :)

Thank you!

Regards.

@kilador,
currently, you can send two different messages. One notification email, and one autoresponse. Usually the autoresponse is the email sent to the person submitting the form, and the notification email is sent to the site admin.

Hi Steve,

Thanks for the responses you gave to me today.

I was not clear with this one. What i am seeking is the following, when a form has been submitted:

- Email to admin@mysite.com (for example) with all of the submitted fields
- Email to  client@client.com (for example) with selected fields (not all of them)

And also:

- A Notification email to the form sender

Therefore, 3 different emails

Thanks in advance!

Regards.

This will be an option in future versions of Formidable Pro, but for now this isn't really an option. Sorry.

Thanks for the response Steve,

Okay, looking forward to see this feature implemented :)

Regards.
