Hi there,

Is is possible to send email notifications to more than one field used in the form.

I would like to select more than one field in the 'and/or' dropdown select in the 'Form Notification Options' section.

This isn't a feature that's in the works at the moment, but you can add a little custom code to do this. Please take a look at the code in this thread for an example. Let me know if you need a more direct example then this one:
