Email form responses to Data from Entries fields – too many options

Hi there,

I have a number of report forms which import recurring contact information from another ‘Basic Information’ form. I’m trying to get the report forms to email to several of the email addresses imported by the data from entries fields. 
In the and/or section, I have many options to choose from (pasted below). Not all are email fields. I’m wondering which I should choose to get the “Region coordinator’s” and “Sponsor counsellor’s” email addresses.

Update:

The Region Coordinator's Email field is a radio select. Selecting " Region coordinator’s email: Email" as the address appears to email to all options for this field instead of the one the user selected.

Can you provide a link to your form? Why do you have so many data from entries fields? I don't understand how your form is set up, so I can't really answer this question without more information about the data from entries fields in your form.
