Custom Login Page?

Rather than forcing a user to log in through the /wp-admin/ URL, is it possible to use Formidable to create a custom login page?

There is a Formidable Login widget that accompanies the Registration add-on, or you can use a plugin like "theme my login" to completely customize a login page.
