CSS Identifiers for my form

Hello,

how do I work out what the CSS ID/Class names are for my form(s)?  I want/need to to change some of the font colours so they are visible in my theme and think the best way to do this is via CSS (tell me if you think I’m wrong).

once I can see the labels I can start playing with the layout.

Depending on what you need to change, you may be able to accomplish this with built in form styling: http://formidablepro.com/knowledgebase/style-formidable-pro-forms/

The styling page referenced above is ideal for changing colors. If you need more advanced styling I use either the firebug addon for firefox or the google chrome developer tools (View->Developer->Developer Tools). To take a look at the HTML and CSS for my forms. If you need more help with this, let me know.
