Creating a Duplicate Form generates error when saving the new form name

Creating a duplicate form appears to work differently than creating a new custom form or one from a template. When I create a brand new custom form or one from a template, I am able to edit the Form name and save it before I hit the create button. When creating a duplicate form, I’ve discoverd you have to hit the create button first before you do any kind of editing otherwise it throws an undefined reference error.
