Hi
I have 2 pre-populated fields – for example (full name and email) – I would like that when the user chooses a full name, it automatically selects the associated email address so that when the form is submitted, the email goes to that email.
Is there a way to achieve this?
Thanks

Is the full name field a data from entries field? If so, please see the instructions here:

It is currently not - can I import the entries from an excel/csv file?

Yep, here is some information on importing from CSV: http://formidablepro.com/knowledgebase/import-entries-from-csv/

That's wonderful - I have a final query.
Basically, in my "data" form, I have full name, department, email.
What I would like is in the 2nd form that will be completed by people, to first have a department drop-down that contains the departments in the data form. When department X is selected, only those full names/emails are shown with department X.
Is this possible?
Thanks

The data from entries fields should allow for this behavior... http://formidablepro.com/knowledgebase/using-data-from-entries-fields/
