I’m experiencing the same problem that was reported in this post (http://formidablepro.com/help-desk/conditional-logic-issue/). I’m following the last direction in that post and have exported and zipped my form and attached it here.
I am using some HTML, but really only simply “<p> </p>” in existing fields and some HTML text blocks inserted in the form. There seemed to be a hint that those could be the cause of the problem. Wondering if and how this got resolved.

I don't understand. Is this continued from another post? I don't see any other topics associated with your account. Can you provide a link to the other thread you are referring to so I can get some context for this post?

sorry, not sure how I missed the link when I read your post initially. I'll take a look at your form and see what I can find.

I wasn't able to actually load your template into my system. But running the template through a validator, it does look like there is an issue with what appears to be a country field. there is a field in the field on line 581 in this screenshot is causing an error. Can you take a look at this field or maybe even remove it temporarily?

It looks like you need at add a backslash in that. Change d'Ivoire to d\'Ivoire
What version of Formidable was this template exported from?

I'm using Version 1.06.05 of Formidable. The Country field values are the standard ones that come from Formidable, . The only thing I did was to add an extra "United States" at the top of the list. I'll disable this field and see if it helps.

I removed the country field from the form so that should totally eliminate the issue you flagged with one country name. I'm still having the problem. Just happened a few minutes ago. I opened up the form, changed the wording on field labels in two places, and saved it. Now most of the conditional logic in the form is not working. (Some pieces still are working.) I did not change anything in those fields. Same thing happened yesterday when I made one very minor change. (Then I had to spend 30 minutes getting the logic to work again.)
I exported the form, zipped it, and attached it here. Please let me know if you can figure out what's going on.

I was able to take a look at your template. Can you explain exactly what issue you are facing?
Is the issue only on part of your form (after a certain point in your form)?
One thing that might be contributing to the issues is a <please Select> that is in your "what are you renting from us" question. Can you change that from "<please select>" to something without <>... this would be better: "-please select-"

Thanks for catching the blank entry in the first field. I didn't intend for that to be there. I've deleted it so now there are only the three real valid possible entries. No additional problems so far so hopefully that was the problem (although I don't understand why it would be). I'll keep tabs on this and report any additional problems with a very detailed description to see if we can nail this bug.

It could have been causing issues because there was essentially an extra > which was throwing off your form. Let us know if the issues show up again.
