I want to set up an order form so the viewer can say what weight of each product they want and I only want the email to contain items they have selected as oppose to all the items with loads of zero weights.
Any way to do this?

Formidable is perhaps the single most useful WP plugin I've ever come across - wonderful product and I must also say extremely fast support response.

Yes. The conditional statements for custom displays can also be used in emails. More info under #4 in the knowledge base.

So I just use the same syntax available for the custom display in the Message box for the form?
