Hi,
I just subscribe to Formidable pro but can’t even create a form !!!
Can’t add any kind of field and no DB seems to have been created I unistalled and reinstalled it but nothing. Shortcode is always set to [formidable id=0].
I deactivated W3TC without success.
Any clue for me

It sounds like the database tables didn't install correctly. Maybe you can go to the Formidable -> Global settings page and click the uninstall button. After that a message will appear at the top of the page that your database needs to be updated. Click that link. If you still have trouble, you probably don't have permission to create new database tables.

My problem same.... I can not add a new form... [formidable id=0]... I did uninstall and again install... But not add. What can I make? I don't know...

It sounds like you do not have permission on your server to create database tables. If you have access to phpMyAdmin, you can use that to add permissions to your database user. Your web host would be able to give you more specific instructions on how to allow adding tables.

After adding those privileges, did you click the uninstall button again?

yes I did uninstall and reinstall but doesn't work.... Unfortunetly I can not use this plugin... But I want use... Because very important for me. So Help me please....
