Hello,
I recently duplicated my WordPress site and moved it to a new location. I deactivated Formidable Pro on the old site. However, on the new site, my forms are not editable. Also, the ‘Enter New Credentials’ button in Settings does nothing when I click it to make sure I’m logged in.

It sounds like you may need to manually install Formidable Pro on your new site: http://formidablepro.com/knowledgebase/manually-install-formidable-pro/
If that doesn't work, it is possible that not all of the Formidable Pro database tables made it over to the new site, or maybe there is a javascript error in your admin section of the new site.
Let us know if manually installing Formidable Pro on the new site doesn't resolve the issues...

This sounds like a JavaScript conflict, or maybe the JavaScript wasn't copied over. If reinstalling doesn't solve the problem, please go through and deactivate any plugins and your theme one by one until you find the source of the conflict.
