Hi,

I want to create a mailchimp signup form that has either a drop down or better yet a checkbox for which list they want to sign up for. This instead of 4 separate signup forms. Is this possible?

(in this case mailchimp is already set up with 4 separate lists and re-building the entire thing under one list with separate groups will be too much to do)
