I have a survey form that we send to clients after we start working with them. As part of the roughly 50 question form, there is a question “Would you introduce us to friends, colleauges, and peers?”
I would like to see the following happen:
If they answer, “Yes”, they will receive an email from us thanking them for completing the survey, as well as asking them to provide names and email addresses of people that they think we should meet….
Can Formidable Pro do this?

No, conditional email notifications aren't built-in at the moment, but are very high on our priority list. Sorry.

I would like to upvote Joe's request. (For what it's worth) :)

Is there any documentation on how to implement this? I'm looking through the Emails tab under Forms->Settings and I can't find the conditional logic. Also, can I change the contents of the email based on the response or updated form.

Here's a little documentation:
http://formidablepro.com/formidable-v1-6-6-beta-3/
The conditional logic shows up in the same spot as shown in the MailChimp settings here:
http://formidablepro.com/knowledgebase/formidable-mailchimp/
The email content still accepts the same conditional statements as the custom displays. [if 25]stuff here[/if 25]
