I don’t seem to have any option to choose in the email recipient dropdown box under the auto responder section. Please find a screenshot of the form as attached.

I can't open your screenshot. Can you upload that as an image file?
Do you have an "email" field type field in your form?

Yes, there is an email field but there is no drop down option.

Hmm, would you mind providing temporary admin access so I can take a closer look? I will mark this topic as private so you can add those here safely. If you do choose to provide access, please let me know which form is having this issue.

I do not have a dropdown either.....I am having difficulty with setting up an auto-responder. I want the person that completed the form to get an email with a Thank you....I then want to have a few emails sent out over the next 30 days...

Weird....I put email first and moved name to the second position and the error seems to have been resolved.

OK....the form is sending the person that completes the form two identical emails....
Something needs to be fixed....please help.
