Hi,
I have a form where the option “Allow Editor to Edit Responses Submitted by Anyone” (i.e. Editor-level users, not just Administrator-level)…
Which is what I want, but how on earth do you actually allow these users to access the page to edit the forms? In Custom Displays, there is an option to insert “Admin link to edit the entry”, but this only works for Administrator-level users. I even tried setting the link manually with a URL that inserts the id, but then I get a message to say I don’t have sufficient priviliges (if logged in as Editor-level user).
So what is the point of this feature if only Administrator-level users can edit entries?

The editing setting in the form are for editing from the front-end, not the back-end. Here's some documentation on inserting the link to edit your entry (use [editlink] in your custom display):

Hello. I have the same question as scatterform. I would like for a specific user-role (other than admin) to be able to edit entries. Our form is set up to only allow logged-in users to submit once and the logged-in users can edit their own responses. Of course, admins can edit on the back end. But I would like for a specific user-role to be able to edit as well. I have checked the box for that user-role to also be able to edit responses of other users.
In the custom display of the form's results, I have included the [editlink] shortcode. But the "edit" link only appears when logged in as the administrator. When logged in as the user-role, it does not appear. Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks for any help you can provide!

Did you also check the box to also allow that user role to edit responses from anyone? Shown in this screenshot:

P.S. Please log in before posting.

Yes the box is checked. I pasted a screenshot below. (Special user-role is Secretary).
Thanks!

Are you interested in providing admin access so we can take a look? If so, please start a private thread with access info.
