Add new form in blank

Looks like the install didn't work correctly. Can you please try reinstalling?

Yes, I have deinstalled the current version, I have reinstalled the last version (two times), but I always have this screen in New Form option.

I have desactivated all plugins (except theme), I have reinstalled the last version, but this blank screen always appears when I want to create new forms.

Can you also try switching out your theme temporarily? Themes are often the cause of most conflicts. Also, how did you install? Automatically or manually? If manually, did you completely delete the formidable plugin folder before installing the new one?

I've reinstalled automatically and manually. Maybe, Wordpress actuallization can be guilty. I'll try a new web installation
