Is is possible to auto populate a form field with a post title? If I put the form into a post, can one of the fields be auto populated with the title of the post?

 

Also, I have updated to the latest version and my form results are not displaying in the pages. As well as I can not edit form fields any more. I can add form fields but not remove them.

You can use the dynamic default value [post_title] in the field on the form editor page.

 

Sounds like you've been emailing too and said:

I got the results to show again. Deactivated and reactivated the plugin fixed that issue, but the form issue is still there.

I am not sure if this will help, but the form fields I can not remove are drop downs. I am also unable to add an option if I want to use a drop down. I get the first option to fill out, when I try to add an additional option all it does is give me a “1” and I am unable to edit it.

 

So you can delete some fields and not others? Maybe you could go to your WordPress general settings page and see if the URLs on that page match.

No. It won't let me delete any form fields. Even the ones that were there before I did the update.

Maybe you can send admin access to support at strategy11.com so I can take a look?
