Using input mask

How can I use an input mask? I’m using 1.6 RC2 Pro. I found this, but I have no idea how can I use it. BTW, Ninja Forms has a super easy way to handle this. We should have this in Formidable Pro.

Unable to use separate values and conditional logic

I can’t use conditional logic on a single line text if the checkbox/radiobutton is using separated values. Ex: field1 Option1—->1 Option2—->2 Other——->3 [text field visible when field1=Other]
